Office,Terrace & Pergola.
Located in the heart of Saintes, this project presented some challenges due to its town-centre location and limited access. With careful planning, however, the site remained fully accessible throughout the construction process.
After demolishing the existing structure, the owners wanted to create a practical and attractive outdoor living space that could be enjoyed year-round. Their requirements included a dedicated office workspace, a pergola for shade and relaxation, and a decking area for entertaining guests and making the most of the outdoor space.
Working closely with the clients, we transformed the area into a functional and welcoming extension of the home. The finished project combines a comfortable workspace with attractive outdoor living areas designed for both relaxation and entertaining.
This project demonstrates the quality of new construction and outdoor spaces that can be achieved, even in developed urban locations where access can be more challenging. The result is a practical, modern space that adds both value and enjoyment to the property.
Charentaise Cottage
This project is a great example of the transformation that can be achieved with a complete renovation. Originally, this beautiful traditional Charentaise cottage was in very poor condition, with the roofs having completely collapsed and the property requiring extensive structural and interior work.
The renovation included the construction of a brand-new roof, new concrete floors throughout, complete replacement of the electrical and plumbing systems, cleaning and repointing of the stone façade, and a full interior renovation from top to bottom.
We were involved in this project from the very first day through to completion, handing over a fully restored family home ready to be enjoyed by its owners.
Today, the property offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a four-car garage, a cinema room, office, separate WC, open-plan kitchen, and laundry room, combining the character of a traditional Charentaise home with the comfort and functionality of modern living.
Interior Renovations
Our services include complete interior renovations, ranging from contemporary refurbishments to the careful restoration of traditional and historic properties.
This project involved the renovation of a château in the Charente-Maritime region, where preserving the character and original features of the property was a key priority.
The work included restoring the original pressed wall panels, replacing the existing ceilings and decorative cornices, and creating a new bathroom designed to complement the style and period features of the building.
By combining traditional craftsmanship with modern functionality, we were able to enhance the property while remaining sympathetic to its historic character.
