Office Terrace and Pergola.
Situated in the heart of Saintes access was a challenge but always possible.
Having demolished the existing building the owners found themselves in need of a office work space, relaxing pergola and deck to enjoy in the sun and entertain their guests.
This is a example of the new build construction we can offer that can still be achieved in a build up area.
Charentaise Cottage
Here we find an example of a beautiful old Charentaise Cottage that was in bad condition with the roofs all collapsed.
We built a new roof, poured new concrete floors, changed all of the electricty, plumbing clean and re point the facade and totally renovate the interior.
having worked on this renovation from day 1 until the day the owners moved in and are enjoying their new home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 4 car garage, movie room, office, separate toilet, open plan kitchen and laundry.
Interior Renovations
Nos services comprenaient des rénovations intérieures complètes allant des travaux de restauration modernes aux travaux de restauration plus traditionnels.
Il s'agit d'un château en Charente Maritime dans lequel nous avons restauré les panneaux pressés d'origine sur les murs, changé le plafond et les corniches existants et créé une nouvelle salle de bain dans un style sympathique au reste du décor.
